Not original recipes!
I had purchased the hard cover book to replace the soft cover book that I had had since the 70s, my book was first printed in the 60s. A lot of the recipes in this book or added in, this was great. But the original recipes had been altered and they were not the same recipes in the original book, the ingredients had been changed in one way or another. The recipes are even in the index different.

Peg Bracken is hilarious and also has some wonderful recipes and tips for all types of cooking. you need to understand that this book is old so there is not much if any microwave cooking. she does use a double boiler in some recipes.
