    Great buy no power supply

    I purchased this camera because it’s the same camera that I have with my Vivint system. With Vivint the camera was almost 400.00 and the cost on eBay was definitely worth it. The only thing is that Vivint will need to install it as the camera does not come with a power supply. Without that plug in the device will be inoperable. However, Vivint came out and installed it for a little of nothing. If I knew what I know now, I would have purchased all my cameras from eBay because it’s more cost effective. Great buy but doesn’t come with wall power supply

    One of the cameras seems to be having is...

    One of the cameras seems to be having issues connect to the system . Keeps going off line . Vivit text said camera may be defective. Cause my internet coverage is great it’s just that one camera giving me issues .

    Camera itself is great. Working with Vivint, not so much. Tech didn't get it right that it was our camera. We were charged by Vivint, for this camera. Still trying to get it straightened out.
