    It arrived with a bit of shipping damage (top front handle / case bent - which happens to these, apparently. I contacted the seller, and sent some pictures of it to them. They worked with me to make it alright by a refund amount which we settled on. The customer service from these folks is amazingly good, and they made sure I got a refund from eBay. Damage aside, it's still 95% useable - and that's good enough for me.

    Great little gadget

    Love this Dell ultra small form factor size, looks like a big book, great for home use. Space saving too. Also I bought an original Dell all in one stand. A few little adjustments for a non original Dell monitor. But works just great.

    Great Deal!

    My Godson had it wi-fi wired & hooked up within 10 minutes. He's never used a PC as fast. At school I think they use tablets. Anyway, his parents were about to buy him a new machine. Then I pulled out the 2 year warranty. Just a solid, unheard-of service anymore & don't forget, this is 100% proof that we don't need a new phone or car every 2 years.     Exactly what I looking for

    I needed a little development server for work at home, and this little quad core machine fit the bill. The hard drive in the computer was DOA (-1 star), but I replaced it with another one from my spares. I installed Linux on it, so I didn't need the Windows license that comes with it. All in all, I'm pleased with the purchase, and it has been serving its purpose fantastically for a couple of weeks now. If I need to scale my home cluster more, I'll definitely be picking up another one of these little PCs!

    Optiplex-still a great model

    I've had several of these Optiplex small frame models over the years and have never been disappointed. A nice compact case packed with all that's necessary. A fast quad-core processor and plenty of RAM along with a nice big hard drive is what I was looking for and found it. Available expansion slots allow the addition of video card or additional USB ports (it comes with lots of USB's already, but I wanted a 3.0 port for my external backup hard drive). The fans are very quiet and even the hard drive makes only minimal sound. All in all I'd say this is a great deal on a very useful machine and would buy another one in a heartbeat rather than go and pick up a brand new model for 8 or 10 times the money.
