    I received a broken figurine through the fault of this seller gentle.ivy named Svetlana. The seller refused to return the money! The packaging was a small box made of thin cardboard and only one piece of bubble wrap, there was no protective paper or foam, no extra cardboard or double boxing. Fragile parts were not at all separately protected from impacts. I am shocked by the terrible attitude and deceit of the seller. I do not recommend shopping from this seller!

    The parcel was insured but Evri refused to pay compensation, that is why I could not refund the buyer. I believe the packaging was adequate and the damage was entirely Evri's fault, but of course Olga is entitled to her own opinion. Since this incident I stopped using Evri and send items by Royal Mail instead.
