      Fraudulent seller. Very slow delivery and the item was not as described. The laptop was described as "excellent condition, almost perfect", and what I received was a very dirty laptop with many scratches. Also the touch screen was messed up. Since ebay does not allow sending videos via text, I sent him a link to test the screen, but he refused to watch it, and denied responsibility. Ebay needs to take serious action against such cases.
