Contacted her ASAP, gave photos & politely requested a small partial refund (would have been no more than $5) to avoid the hassle of returning it, because this was due to the seller’s poor inspection. Instead of taking accountability for her lying about condition of the item, the seller denied the issue and insinuated the stains were my fault.
