Amazingly, once eBay was involved via their dispute process, the seller decided to respond. Even that was short lived though as despite them promising to contact Royal Mail to chase the package, no further help was forthcoming. EBay decided to close the dispute in the sellers favour despite evidence of the wrong delivery so all in all a truelly terrible company to deal with.
