I didn't see any way to remove the keypad. The new keypad came quickly and you will see that it is just stuck on with adhesive. Pry the old keypad off, clean any excess adhesive, then peel and stick on the new one. Keypad actually looks better than the original. The keypad is a tremendous value. The new keypad came in perfect condition.
