This is my second machine from them, shipping was fast like last time. Machine came wrapped and protected professionally. The coin mechanism was saying low power when first plugged in so we gave them a call and they quickly explained what to do and had the machine fully operating in 5 minuets. Their customer service is the best around, can’t beat it. TVC is the way, the only way. I will not buy from any other company or any other machines. TVC 5*
