At £20 this phone seemed to be too good to be true. I was wrong! It is a delight to use. Easy to set up with very clear display. OK, lacking some of the bells and whistles of other much more expensive phones. However, has decent camera, internet access and an fm radio - and it also works extremely well as a telephone too. So there had to be something wrong somewhere. My phone was locked to T-mobile and that meant the cost of using it were a bit on the high side. I tried using web sites to get it unlocked but found the cheap sites could not unlock it. Sites offering an unlocking service for £40 would not quarantee success. So I thought I was stuck. And then found that my local Phonefactory shop offered to unlock it for just £8. That worked! So now my 2330C runs very happily at very low cost with an Asda SIM card inside. I'm a very happy bunny.Read full review
I don't need a portable digital office. I'm not a wannabe teenager so I don't text. I just wanted a small, light, minimalist candy-bar (now called "classic") phone with good build and call quality and two specific features: (1) a basic camera; and (2) Bluetooth, because you can't legally drive here without hands-free operation. (I refer to operating the phone, not the car. You're not allowed to drive hands-free without legal exposure.) This phone meets all these qualifications--and in fact is perfect for my purposes. A tip: pair it with a Jabra SP700 speakerphone--under $50--and you're good to go.
My husband needed a new phone to have in his car - he wanted blue-tooth, but apart from that, needed something easy to use with not too many extras. The phone we bought was unused, boxed and on the right network (Orange). Why shop on the high street?
Very good compact phone and easy to use

I needed a replacement phone for my old Nokia as supplied by my company ... something straight forward and robust as the co. handset, although working, had seen better days and would not be replaced by them. This fits the bill and if I ever leave this job, the Sim can go back in the "housebrick" that they originally supplied and I have a good workhorse phone to use.
