This is the 2nd heater I have bought from Gleamous, and they are fantastic, and they do carry spare parts. The communication, service and delivery (3 days) time is equal to the best I have encountered on eBay. I have only ever found one other seller with equal commitment to their buyer, and I continue to deal with him also. Why aren't all eBay sellers as good as this?
