This dongle worked really well for my charge 2 Fitbit, although I have windows 10 with Bluetooth, it was a real pain to get the Fitbit to download unless I was in a specific spot, now with this unit, I can down load any ware in the room. soon as I put the Fitbit app on my computer.

Very easy to use with Windows 10 , just put it in the usb slot download fitbit connect if you do not already have it and click set up a new device, once that part is done you simply open the fitbit connect and press sync, and so far it has worked without fail, highly recommend these if you are having trouble with your phone or other device.

Perfect solution to my problem. Wife couldn't link fitbit to her Ipad due to upgrade problem so had to use desktop to register it and this required a dongle to allow synchronisation. Simple to install in spare usb works well and fitbit doesn't have to be too close for it to syncronise.

Yup, this dongle got the connection to the fitbit working 5 star. Problem was that the fitbit device that it was built to supporrt, turned out to be very flakey. Stoped working properly after one day ... Hence the 4 Star. Hopefully comments here will get back to FitBit, to make sure their devices no longer embarass this supplier. If I could have given 4.99% stars.. I would have.
