This is the only brand of razor I can use that does not irritate my skin. This razor is no exception. I like the wet feature and ease of cleaning. I also like the turbo feature for when I don't shave for a dy or to (retirement time). Great product.

Price was good. Shaver seems substantial. Reputable name brand gave me confidence to buy it. I like the reasonably good battery life. Very lightweight. However, the razor does not shave my beard close enough to make it through the day without substantial stubble. I do not have a heavy or thick beard. In fact I could not grow a beard or sideburns if I wanted to. Many years ago I did have a moustache, but it was rather scraggly. I will stick with shaving cream and razor blade most of the time. I will use the Norelco on days when I do not need close shaves or for touch up later in the day.

The Norelco has always been a great shaver. This on is the best I have owned to date. They tend to last for ten years so I have just had a few. I don't like the separate trimmer but it is still a good value.

Pivot head works well. However, the fact you have to attach and remove the trimmer piece is not a great design. I would not have purchased had I known that it had to be attached and removed in place of the swivel head to use. Charges quickly.

this razor should only be used for light growth - it does not cut close. I have a very light growth so it is OK for me but not as good as my previous 3 blade regular head electric razor. If you have to shave everyday look for a different razor. I like the style but it is weak.
