It’s not bad but If you want some basics it’s alright. I think it would be better to get an actual anatomy book to understand the body better. But this teach you abit better to know what to look for when you do.

This book has a good deal of detailed information regarding body form and motion. It is would be great for those who are stepping up their "game" in drawing manga, or people in general. HOWEVER, if you had to go with movie rating, it would be PG... for reasons I will explain. There is overflowing technical information, but it is not totally dry reading. As a matter of fact you need to know, while not explicit as a full fledged medical book the drawing of the male, and female bodies (along with everything else) is clearly defined for functionality. I would strongly advise parents to consider the maturity level of you child before giving them this book. Like I said, not to dry, only a little juicy. Your Humble Servant, Bert... aka letropare
Sure its a basic anatomy book. If you don't have any anatomy books, it will be helpful. However, I'm not wild on the authors method of putting large balls at all the joints, it can be confusing for beginners. A decent book but I'd recommend getting a more realistic anatomy book. In the end, it will help your art more than this title.
Thank you so much!!!!!
