The phone works far better than expected. But I can already tell the battery will last around 6 - 7 months tops. Thankfully i have a really good mobile repair shop nearby that can install a new battery cheap. It has a wonderful fast charger. Full battery charge within roughly 80 minutes, which is pretty good. Keep in mind that all the Galaxy phones tend to crap out after about 9 - 12 months (which is why the carriers offer to switch up your lease after 12 months - they know the phones wont last). But the phone is still far better than expected overall. Battery lasts about 6 - 8 hours on full charge with light/moderate use. Heavy use has it at around 3 - 5 hours, which is pretty bad.

It's an older phone so the battery gives out fairly quickly. Otherwise it is great. You just have to plan ahead and need to be not far from a charging port for more than a few hours. You certainly should be cognicent of how many apps you have open, especially one that require GPS. Otherwise no complaints at all. Heck, what do you want for $119. Best deal in town.

I'd give this product 5 stars if it weren't for the battery. There was one time I saw a percent go down for each minute. I'm having to bring battery packs and car chargers everywhere I go and keep it plugged up most of the day. I've found that putting the battery power saving on "MID" it helps but not much. Besides that, I love the phone. It's beautiful, very smooth and it looks expensive. The fingerprint sensor could be a tad better but I don't use it much so it doesn't bother me. The multitasking feature is fantastic and super useful!! The camera is great, and I like how it has a LED blinker for notifications. One thing I noticed right away that I found extremely annoying was how the back and tabs buttons light up whenever you touch them and there's no way to turn the brightness down. However, I was able to turn them off with an app from the Play Store called Galaxy Button Lights 2. I can't see the buttons now but I know which one's which and the light doesn't bother me anymore.
