But I could not dismantle the worm drive due to not having the proper screwdriver. If you are trying to fix your Xbox, and don't know how to soldier, get this unit.

Luckily it didnt affect the center of the lens but the laser does not read properly, it spools up, stops, then spools up and reads. This is not normal behavior but it does work. The sled was great quality. I'm glad it works but my confidence in buying more for the price isnt great.
