Product arrived on time and works well. Wish the return process had more instructions as their is a different address on the paper you get vs where you have to return it to (PO box instead of their main address) they also transferred core return payment to my paypal which I didn't use when purchasing nor ever use so I had to recover my account. Would be better if they call/emails to confirm how the return is best to be done. A bank transfer would have been nicer.
