Absolutely disgusting customer services asked for an update after almost 4 weeks and the seller assumed I wanted to cancel dispite me not even mentioning cancelling and they cancelled my order without even asking me and I was absolutely livid as I waited so long for them they were due to be delivered within a week and the seller cancelled for no reason at all.. I'm assuming they didn't make the flowers in time so made an excuse to cancel rather than be honest.

NOT CORRECT. It was 16 days and not 4 weeks!!! Why lie? This order was not due to be sent out for another week and we will not accept rudeness, unfound allegations and blackmail from anyone. After receiving such rudeness and blackmailing messages from customer we are within our rights not to server her.

I brought the bouquet and 2 single green roses to match. They are lovely. Ask described. Only bad thing is I had to pay for delivery for each item even though they were delivered together in the same box.

If you look at your invoice you will see you did NOT pay twice for postage. Ebay calculates postage and apportions an amount to each item :)
