Works fine in my Acer Aspire 5749-6863, which originally came with 3GB (2GB + 1GB). Upgraded the 1GB SO-DIMM with this 4GB, for a total of 6GB, which resulted in a big performance improvement for the laptop. Bit of a pain removing the entire back of the laptop to upgrade the memory, but that's not the fault of this memory, which has worked flawlessly.
