Great small hifi amplifier.
So far sounds great! It has a "crispy" sound, very good resolution, nice voice and bass. Im comparing it with 5 years old Tripath amp and this TPA3116 amp is definitely better. Im running it on 15V psu and small 2-way bookshelf speakers.

Pretty good for the price
Works well so far, power seems adequate for my application. Using the on-off switch, there won't be a popping sound during turn-off, but if you power off from the mains there'll still be a "pop" so be careful. Sound quality wise, it's as expected from this sort of amp, pretty clear and smooth, a bit lacking in bass, used with a pair of Wharfedale Diamond bookshelf speakers.

Nice Amp but read the ad completely
Solid unit but be sure to read the entire ad: NO power supply is included - it will cost you US$15 more to get one. I found this surprising because the wonderful FX Sound I have been using came with one

Nice Value
I doubt one will get 100 Watts/channel out of this in normal use but is plays nicely. I pair this unit with some small bookshelf speakers and drive it with a semi-high-end Cowon music player. Not a serious system but very pleasant for use in my office. The unit has never gotten warm, much less hot. There's no problem playing at a comfortable volume. Keep in mind one will need to dig up a suitable power supply. I use a 'universal' laptop supply set at 19 volts. Seems to have more punch than with the 12 volt supply I first used. Not surprising. One would want as large a voltage swing reasonably possible. It is small and attractive. As long as you are not expecting a high-end, golden-ear amplifier, I think anyone would be pleased with this. This is my first experience with class D amps and it ... I doubt one will get 100 Watts/channel out of this in normal use but is plays nicely.
