Does not work on the 2002 2003 expedition with the 5.4. definitely takes a different clip. I have an '03. Made it work somewhat by shaving the side that goes to the radiator. it had to be half the thickness, then I had a heat the end and make it a smaller diameter. it's being held in place with wire ties just in case.
