The Telstra Essential Plus screen protectors that were sent were for the wrong model: the protectors were larger than the mobile phone. eBay return reason "doesn't fit" that sounded like the correct description of the problem is in fact a change-of-mind return which requires the buyer to pay return postage. (The correct reason should have been "item doesn't match description".) The seller did not communicate with eBay Customer Service and so delayed the return and refund by 3 business days.

Don't think this item is the correct model as ordered. I would have thought the protective fild should cover the entire screen to the edges? Hower the one received is 1 to 2 mm smaller all around than the MOTO 8G screen.
