Have gotten a few of these. While they are OK, the governor link is questionable and you will find that you need to use a OE rod with the 90 degree bend in the end, as the one supplied is more of a bow than a bend. Also, the venturi is about 1/8" larger than the OE carburetor on the 10 and 12 horsepower carburetors.
