About this product

The story behind Viewpoint is simple enough. As technology advances in the world of Viewpoint, mankind has been threatened, as the powerful machines that were initially created to aid progress, ultimately decided to take matters into their own hands. You lead a group of fighter pilots who are set to reverse this fatal trend and allow humanity to continue their control over the mechanical creations. Unfortunately, all of your partners have been killed during the struggle thus far, and it's up to you to take on this army of robotic monstrosities on your own.

Gameplay is reminiscent of a couple classic games: Zaxxon, in it's 3/4 view perspective, and Xevious in it's wave upon wave of ship formations and inspired graphic style. Accents however include many interactive elements which either need to be shot to be activated or destroyed in order to advance through the lengthy levels. Furthermore, numerous powerups exist along the way to give your spacecraft the needed firepower companions and addons to allow you to ultimately succeed in your mission.
