pure Pro alkaline filter does not raise the pH of RO water also does not make the water more alkaline what a waste of money.

Hi there,Many thanks for you feedback and sorry to hear about the Pure-Pro alkaline did not work for you. We've tested many of these and the pH level was at least 7.5 although Pure-Pro do aim for 8.0 - 9.5. We're not sure if it's a faulty filter (although we've never had this issue before) but happy to see how we can rectify this issue, we can try sending out a new one for you to try just incase it is a fault with the filter somehow.
