Very happy with the purchase.
Worked as advertised. No problems at all. Looks as good as the original. This is an old 18v drill. Previously purchase the 18v - 20v battery adapter so I could keep up with the times and use 20v. Besides, 18 volt batteries were becoming hard to find. The chuck went bad so I looked at a couple of Youtube videos and thought maybe I could change out the chuck myself. It was really easy. So, this was $30 vs a new drill. I'm happy. Worked as advertised. No problems at all. Looks as good as the original. This is an old 18v drill. Very Reliable, True Chuck, Holds Tightly.
Bought a cheaper DeWalt drill. The cheap plastic covered chuck was surprisingly good. I decided to upgrade with this chuck. It made my cheap DeWalt into a top notch DeWalt. It's very smooth, runs very true, and grips like a demon. Easy to unscrew, even when my switch is set to high speed. It's a little spendy, but still worth it. I have also used a Jacobs, and both are great quality, so I would say get the cheapest one. Highly recommended, 4.5 stars. .5 stars off for being unnecessarily expensive.Bought a cheaper DeWalt drill. The cheap plastic covered chuck was surprisingly good.
