*** THIS SELLER IS A SCAMMER *** I ordered three projector bulbs but received something else. I tried to use the lamps anyway, but the manufacturing quality of the 'compatible' projector housings is SO BAD that they do not seat properly in my projectors. I returned the items at MY EXPENSE -- $70! But, when the package arrived in Hong Kong, this SLEEZEBAG seller simply refused them. That caused a problem for UPS, of course, customs now wants to seize the items. WHAT A SLEEZY COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    The Real Deal

    Bought this to replace a non-working remote. This is a genuine, brand new remote control, no cheap imitation. Works great. Brilliant to have a new remote again where a mere touch of a button has the desired result rather than multiple presses with nothing happening. Very happy, thanks.

    Good product. Works as designed.

    Good quality original product. Performs as designed. Buttons are slightly lighter to touch than my original remote which was 5+ years old however it operates well. This is the 2nd remote of this I have purchased as the first was for another family member 1-2 years ago and that continues to operate well. To program your TV to this remote is not difficult but you need to refer to the Panasonic product manual for your device to get the code for your TV. For my LG TV the steps were: On Panasonic remote hold down TV Button, Type 50 on the number buttons

    The real deal

    Works beautifully , thank you. Unit as described , Panasonic genuine. I guess genuine only worried me because some of the buttons on my original remote stopped working after about 7 years haha! I was also concerned because there does seem to be a lot of cheaper (knock offs) on the market , but THIS IS NOT one of them.

    Nice new remote

    It is great to have quick reactions to button pressing again - just like when our old remote was new. But this replacement DVD recorder/player remote's volume control does not work - which doesn't greatly matter to us as we usually use the TV remote for both muting and volume control ( TV remote has a nice big volume button).
