Yes, the item arrived at the end of the delivery window. However, for $9.00 on a very light, small, package, and to not have the item shipped for 10 days, seems like quite a long time. 3 things were lacking: the address from where the item was shipped, a description of the item (I had only the picture, which did not show that there was a metallic weaving throughout- I do not like this) and "One Size" fits all is not accurate. I am a medium and the back is so narrow that the armpits are tight :(

We immediately shipped the order after receiving it. We had no control over the package once it was shipped. We did include our business address on the label, which is a mandatory request from EBay. As for the description, it is directly from Anthropologie. You could have contacted us with any question before placing the order. In addition, we accept any return. you can return the item if you do not like it.
