Sells fake knock-off products, and offers only 10% as a "resolution". Ignores emails, provides no customer service. I compared their product with a genuine camera purchased from Hikvision and there were so many differences, but the seller claims its because I purchased an "open box" version. An "open box" would not have so many key differences, no mounting hardware, shoddy workmanship, and come in a plain cardboard box. This seller is the type that makes you realize why eBay has a bad reputation
