I loved the necklace. The original was shipped out quickly, but never made it to me. (NOT THE SELLER'S FAULT) It ended up getting lost in the mail. I contacted the seller who offered to send a replacement or refund me. I asked for a replacement, and they shipped a replacement out next business day which arrived a few days later. Very satisfied. Will definitely order again from seller.
