Although this honey is a bit expensive it is well worth the price cannot say it dose all the things it's said for your health but a lot of things say the same .     Leatherwood honey an essential food item

    Delicious creamy leatherwood flavoured honey easily spreadable on hot buttered toast or added to favourite recipes as a healthier alternative to sugar. A dollop on ice-cream and desserts gives them an extra delightful richness and flavour. Leatherwood honey is an essential item in my pantry.

    Worlds best honey

    I’ve used Tasmanian leatherwood honey for over 40 years. It’s part of the reason I‘m a healthy septuagenarian! But the fires in Tasmania last year devastated much of the leatherwood in the west of the state. So supplies are almost non-existent at a local level throughout the state. Buying in bulk meant I could maintain my supply until the leatherwood recovers.
