Shipping took awhile, item arrived with a few dents on the metal body (the bottle is made of aluminum or similar metal). Item was shipped in a simple paper mailer and was wrapped in one single bubble bag. Considering the distance and shipping time, it is a surprise that bottle had only a couple of dents. Please consider a more secure packaging for the future. As to communication, I can't leave 5 stars as there was no communication at all, so 4 is fair.

We purchased three Parodontax Herbal Fresh toothpaste to arrive on Wed 19th July. Wed the 19th July came and went with no toothpaste.
