Steven is fantastic, has great knowledge & his communication is fantastic. Since Vodafone shut 3G we tried other retailers and had issues with 4G operation with their units. This unit works well & no issues with the 4G network. Highly recommend the unit & seller.

The item did not work fully for me. It worked in most respects on the TPG (Vodaphone) 4G network and also on the Optus 3G/4G network but would not activate the relay with a phone call to open my gates. I could activate the relay with an SMS command but not a phone call. Seller offered to resolve the issue with a firmware upgrade but due to time pressure I declined this offer and requested a refund which was promptly provided. Seller was very helpful.

The item in fact is not faulty at all after we tested on the unit you returned. You are fully refunded. Vodafone recently had some changes. We noted you that we contact mannufacturer and it will be resolved by just upgrading the relay firmware. We are trying our best to support all customers. Do not get us wron. No seller would want to sell fauty product. What is the point? Please respect our effort to help. Leaving negative is not fair to us.
