    durability.???

    well.. I bought this to cover my RV. I bought a canvas30 x 30 tarp from Chacago Canvas, it lasted just over a year and a half. the "sunny" side dry rotted and split. It did hold up well to the wind.. but not so much to the sun. so for a four hundred dollar price tag I figured I would be ahead of the game by buying a cheaper poly tarp, even if it lasted only a year. this new tarp was only up for a day when I got a "wind storm" I say wind storm for lack of a better term, we got 15 to 20 mph gust on a sunny day. this tarp didn't fare too well. all four corners ripped out with a few side grommets pulling out. So my lesson that ill pass on to you is, if using this tarp for a "tent" like covering, I would recommend using bungy straps to secure to ground stakes and I found using "clamp on" tarp ...
