Exceptional customer service. Bought thermal blackout blinds for my velux, but when they turned up the length of my windows were a fraction longer than the siderails provided. CRB were very responsive and helpful in finding the correct side rail length and getting them sent out super fast. The quality of the cassette was perfect and the installation is easy…even for a novice such as myself. Thank you so much for a perfect product.

Very nice blind, I think better than Velux, easy to fit. The only issue was that the instructions don't mention the adhesive tape already affixed to the cassette, this must be unsealed before putting the cassette in place. Price far cheaper than Velux. Delivery quick.

I bought three blinds for Velux sky windows and was very impressed with the whole experience. The prices were reasonable and the delivery was prompt. These blinds were very easy to fit and great quality. We did however, have a micro-hole in two of them, but rest assured they were very polite on customer services and send us two replacements with no issues. The new blinds arrived equally as quick as the first lot, and again, great blinds overall.
