Shipping took awhile, item arrived with a few dents on the metal body (the bottle is made of aluminum or similar metal). Item was shipped in a simple paper mailer and was wrapped in one single bubble bag. Considering the distance and shipping time, it is a surprise that bottle had only a couple of dents. Please consider a more secure packaging for the future. As to communication, I can't leave 5 stars as there was no communication at all, so 4 is fair.

We purchased three Parodontax Herbal Fresh toothpaste to arrive on Wed 19th July. Wed the 19th July came and went with no toothpaste. I asked ebay to help find our purchase and they were very helpful in trying to find our purchase and they kept in touch regularly and contacted the seller to find out why the Parodontax had not arrived as stated. Two days went buy and we had no news but then out of the blue a parcel was dropped through the letter box. We are grateful to ebay and the seller.
