I needed a pc that had Windows 10 so I could run some older software not compatible with Windows 11. Upon receiving this pc, I was having problem getting my software to work. I contacted seller who was very nice and offered to help me sort it out, however, after sleeping on it I got the problem solved on my own. Great customer service, great quality product and clean, like new pc.

Emailed pics to the seller, they responded promptly and we agreed to a new face plate. Part arrived a few days later in perfect condition, I installed and we are up and running.
