Had problem with tower fan was broken the technician had me to check the fan lead into motherboard n take out n replace back in still wouldn't work. They sent a 2nd tower that works can't fault them for making sure u had a working system. Know sometime something slips threw it took a week for replacement tower. They try help u as much as they can.
