Weirdly this pen was a little moldy around the feed and the pen was definitely scratched so 100% a previously used item that was probably washed and left. It worked though so at the cost, kept it as I couldn't be bothered to go back and argue. Shipping etc okay but wouldn't use again

Joke of a company:
As I explained in the above messgaes, it's not the defective pen, it's the brand new pen, all the wing sund 699 like this when it be sent out from the factory, we can do nothing. But just you can use the magnifying glass to find out the "defective", I think you can find “defective” in everything. It's not our problems, so you need to undertake the return shipping fee.
