These units are so versatile that I use them for everything. I live off grid and so I use these to charge my Li-Ion battery packs and one even goes directly from a solar panel to keep one of my important batteries charged. No need for a charge controller, just set to the correct maximum voltage and away you go. I also use them to power all my little weather station wifi units around the property. I used to use LDO but they were fixed. These you can set to whatever you want.

Good power supplies and great value. Note the description is WRONG. It does NOT have left/right buttons to calibrate on-board meter. It has one button to swap between IN & OUT display. BOTH LEDs are red not red/green as described.
