I paid for decent shipping and messaged them and asked them to please get it shipped asap and they kindly upgraded my shipping to 2 day for free which helped me immensely. It showed up 2 days later and was a perfect match and got my bike back on the road in time for a trip I needed it for. 10/10 experience. Will be ordering the rest of the steel braided cables from them to replace my stock rubber ones soon!
