I bought a dress which was advertised as a size 8 but when it arrived it clearly said in the label size 10 and it was much too big. I contacted the seller and she said she would refund if I returned the dress - fair enough- but she wouldn't cover the cost of the postage. So basically I have to pay £5 to get my refund. ... It was not my mistake as I was buying what was advertised but what I received is nor what was advertised.....
