    Well, I'm not want to leave a negative feedback for the seller. Because regardless of the fact that they sent me the product I bought from them twice, but it didn't arrive due to other shipping problems, they still respond in a very nice tone, almost immediately, and of course they refund the money if the buyer wants it. This happened to me too. So I think the seller is reliable.

    Unfortunately the item failed to arrive due some shipping issue, reflected in the tracking. But I do want to emphasize that this was *clearly* a shipping problem which was *completely* out of the Seller's control ! He was also kind and understanding and was quick to help resolve the matter with no unnecessary hassle :)

    GREAT LEATHER PRODUCT

    I used this product on an old pair of leather winter boots (15 yrs old) - original leather was faded and dried out - after applying as directed, the leather was definitely refreshed and became a lot softer as well as restoring color of leather almost to original - was very impressed by that - have used other brands but this definitely has proven superior - love the fact besides restoring leather that it also helps waterproof against snow, rain and chemicals - So far as APPLYING, just using finger to generate heat to soften wasn't enough, works but by eye, oil does not saturate into leather as best as could - I found that using the heat from a hair blow drier over the top of product just enough to see visually a change in oil to where it looks a little shinny and then finger to apply works ...

    Dark and sticky

    Do not use this product on Buffalo leather boots.it turned my $400 boots a very dark deep brown... Now they look like regular cow hide and are so dark I can't stand them. I put this on them over a month ago and they stayed a deep dark brown color.. also they have a film that feels sticky or something... I really liked the look of Buffalo until I put this on... Now they look horrible. I think the product is probably good for regular leather so I gave it 2 stars but Do NOT use this on Buffalo!!!

    Good leather protectant and conditioner.

    This product works great on my leather boots. It not only protects and conditions leather it also works as a waterproofer. It's made in the USA with all natural ingredients too. It will make your leather look a little darker and richer when applied.

    Great!!

    I've used it on all my leather jackets and I think it is fantastic. It makes it look almost new. I rub it on with my hand and it worked perfectly. Love it and would recommend it. I read a comment about sticky residue. As far as I am concerned that is not true. Maybe that person should have put a minimal amount on their hand and rubbed it on one area at a time. I imagine they put too much on their leather whatever and did not rub it in.

    Great product!

    Obenauf's is a great product for leather preservation. it goes on easily but not oily at all. it keeps the leather supple without making it "wet" or oily. Keeps leather looking great, repels moisture, prevents cracking. It doesn't restore original color but after the Obenauf's has been absorbed by the leather you can still go back and polish the leather to restore color.
