    Several issues with shipping occurred. I placed the order on April 23rd and it did not ship until May 15th, 3 weeks later. Seller originally stated that they had shipped the item a week prior, but did not provide tracking. Seller said they remade the item and shipped it once again on the 15th. Tracking was provided the second time. In the description, you can request a phrase underneath the image. The phrase that I requested was not added. The seller had great communication, though.
