Luckily for him it arrived promptly and in great condition. It looks brand-new and functions just as well. We were able to install all of the games and programs he bought it for and it runs them very well - even if we did have to turn the graphics settings down a bit. Excellent product overall. He loves it.

So I sought out the seller to attempt and exchange or a refund. The seller responded quickly and did everything they could to: (1) troubleshoot functionality of the product, (2) accept exchange of the product when troubleshooting was still unsatisfactory.

I asked the seller if I would still receive the MT I purchased and if not give me a refund. The seller was fast in communicaton and provided a refund. I then purchased this listing and was able to at least get an MT 790. You don't really know what you're buying. Shipping was fast and had good packaging.
