The service provided was prompt and helpful and the boots are sturdy and very warm. The sizes are on the small side. I'm a size 8 and the sole of boot is exactly the same size as my sneakers but the toe room in the shoe is less because of the stitching around the edge of the boot. If a half sized shoe is usually best then the next full size up would be perfect.
