There's a lot to say - first, it came from Aus to mid-USA before the stated time frame - way before. I was rather shocked to find how fast it was delivered. The first thing I made was potato salad, because potatoes are hard to manage with a chef's knife. This cleaver made the job effortless! It's going to increase my vegetable intake just by its sheer presence. When it comes to meat, well, you can butcher an entire carcass quickly with a knife of this heft. It was an investment, but worth it.
