    Direi che lei come cliente si è comportata in un modo strano , nonostante aveva il tracking per controllare e il pacco risultava IN TRANSITO, lei ha aperto una controversia che è rimasta aperta anche adesso, dopo il ricevimento del pacco, COMPLIMENTI !!! Quindi chiedo gentilmente di togliere la richiesta di rimborso. Mai vorrei collaborare con clienti come lei che vogliono anche la merce ma,..... anche il rimborso, sarà una nuova regola dei truffatori . Cordiali saluti
