I’ve waited several days until they provided a shipping label, but the carrier is still waiting to receive the package nearly a week later and the seller is not responding to any of my messages to let me know when my item will actually be shipped, although, my account has been debited.       I see many good reviews and many available products. I'm not sure why I had such a bad experience. The seller promptly provided shipping information two days after purchase. 7 days later postal service still awaiting item. I contacted the seller and they promptly responded promising to ship it out the next day. I waited another week and messaged them and got no response. I asked eBay to intervene and they forced a refund. I have not received my item.
