I was tossing about whether or not I needed the MacBook Pro, or if this would suffice. Speed is often an issue. I am not a gamer, but I do watch a lot of stuff on YouTube, and I keep lots of windows open to return to. (I have dozens open right now). This MacBook Air has handled everything quite well. It is easy to carry, and throw in the backpack, as well. Light and powerful, I would say. It might be fine as a gaming device, I just can't speak to that because it isn't what I use it for. You likely don't need to part with more of your money. This is an added bonus. If you are not a gamer, the MacBook Air should do just fine.

I bought my Apple MacBook Air 13.3" for a reasons. it was one of latest builds, Minus the M1 chip.. oh well. It had 99% of the spec's I was looking for. Good Hard Drive Space Decent graphics card, and still a micro-form factor, so it still fit in a small sleeve for protection.

Best laptop I've ever owned. Incredibly slim and sleek, rock solid build quality. Only quibble would be lack of ports (2 USB-C only) but that's something you should know you're getting when you want a thin and light laptop. Love this thing.
